On Oct. 11, 2017, the Supreme Court of Canada heard the appeal of R v Suter. Present for the appeal on behalf of Richard Suter were Dino Bottos, Peter Sankoff, Will van Engen, and Fady Mansour.
The Supreme Court of Canada reserved their decision in the case. We will publish the result on our website once the SCC makes their decision.
